The Challenge

Dell Technologies—a $101 billion enterprise—needed to fundamentally transform how design operated at scale. With 800+ designers spread across global business units, there was no standardized methodology, no shared language, and significant inconsistency in how UX contributed to product decisions.

The mandate was clear: create a scalable design operations infrastructure that could unify this massive team, elevate their capabilities, and align their output directly with enterprise strategy.

The First Internal UX Bootcamp

I designed and launched Dell's first-ever internal UX Bootcamp—a structured training program that standardized digital transformation methodologies across the entire design organization. The curriculum covered research frameworks, interaction design principles, accessibility compliance, and cross-functional collaboration protocols.

Beyond the bootcamp, I led the AI/ML UX strategy initiative, positioning Dell’s design team at the forefront of intelligent enterprise experience design. This included NorthStar strategic planning sessions conducted as SVP-level workshops, ensuring design strategy was directly woven into the company's executive vision.
